Wegmans

"I would like to congratulate this Wegmans store for hiring the most incompetent people in the area as both cashier but also at the customer service department....I came tomite to purchase 2 12 packs of soda. I got 1 12pack of A&W which was on sale for 2 foe $13 & 1 12 pack of Pepsi on sale of 2 for $12.... When I reached the register I noticed I was charged $8.49+deposit for A& W & $7.99+ deposit for the Pepsi... Thinking it was a simple mistake I asked the cashier who refused go do anything and told me I needed to go customer service.The kid at customer service I don't think could fount to 11 without taking his socks off and refused to help me and seemed confused on simple math. I left the syor overpaying $4.49+ tax...B/c Wegmans can't hire kids with brains in their head anymore."

"Always has the best selections and is the cleanest grocery store around! We go for their fresh baked breads, and of course other things too...I highly recommend the Tuscon Garlic bread. (And get the bread dip from the cooler right next to the bakery, you're welcome lol) We never really have to wait in line, it's just a well maintained great store to shop in!"

"A nice Wegmans but certainly not the best in western NY. This one is a little smaller than some of the others which means less choices and options. Still better than tops across the street."
