"If it wasn't for this salvation army, we would be in a bad way. They helped us when we were at our lowest.."
"So today they came after they stiffed me last Tuesday December 26, which they never showed up. I have 6 dressers a couch and two end tables. They took pictures and refused everything and not one was just my looking. I thought it was for poor people. They said they needed better quality!!! What’s up with that!!!!!!!"
"Seldom find anything of real value. Everything on the shelves is either missing parts, cracked, chipped, torn or broken. The furniture prices are utterly outrageous, even though a good 90% of it is in terrible repair. They might as well close this filthy sty of a store and relocate to New Road, next to the City Department of Public works.....the only other store I can think of being an even filthier fire trap is Ollie's at NfBlvd and Military. The city needs to send an inspector out there.....it's a death trap waiting for a source of ignition."
"Majors and congregation are great! Welcoming and true Christian compassion are here"
"Provide excellent service. There a food pantry, emergency programs, programs for children. Also have community garden in which volunteer part take in. This found be both a surprise and shows that they care, not only for the community. For ecology, environmental, and way provide health foods. So, when it comes to the food .. they are not totally depending on donations. This review is not finished. Plans to add photos. Since I am in a wheelchair, and depend more on the wheelchair, than public transportation. I was more concentration on getting my bags of food home. Than doing my usual photos. When there's extra weight on the wheelchair, have to use caution when I am wheelie with curbs and bad sidewalks. As well as finding ultra routes to take. That means planning ahead. Anyhow, this place deserves more than five stars. Even if you're not in need of their help. Stop by, check out the garden. Maybe leave a a donation or contribution. Trust me they see that your generosity is put to best for those who really need it."
