"They got new grass. It was nice but they also turfed the base lines and the mound which is weird. Go Power!"
"Son Played in a 13 u baseball game here. Kids loved it and felt like the big leagues to them! If you are playing at 12 noon on a hot day bring an umbrella as there is limited shade. Pro tip…If you are with a tournament we set up our tents on the first base side just past the stands because the bleachers were a bit toasty to last the whole game. There are restrooms. Cannot rate food or if there is any, ours was a youth tourney."
"Though not ideal that they tore down the original facade of the stadium (instead of restoring it), it's nice to see the yard looking good and most of all, the Niagara Power (ny state collegiate) team using it. I was crushed when it came down...but the "city" managed to scrape up a few bucks and fix it up. I vaguely, but still do, recall the old man loading us in the brown station wagon to see the NF Pirates and some NY-Penn league action. Going for an ice cream at Luzi's after...living that Hyde Park Boulevard dream. I went inside today. 2 slices of Pizza Oven in hand and watched an inning of some high school age teams play the worlds greatest game. For a moment i remembered a warm Friday night and some minor league baseball which always included the great Luzi's ice cream parlour."
"Nice stadium. Well kept & clean, clean restrooms."
"It's pretty much a typical baseball stadium. But every once in a while in the summer they will have a battle of the bands or have vendor's selling their goods."
