"I had the worst experience ever with this store . I placed my order at 8:10pm online through the app. I got confirmation that my order was paid for and was to be ready by 8:25 . I get to the store at 8:30 and it was locked and lights off. I was refused my food that I paid for. When I get to the store the teenage employee swore at me, and was so rude an disrespectful . I will be calling corporate and let them know my experience and will never order from this store ever again."
"Busy location and yet only one employee was working. He was great! Very fast and never rushed us with our order despite a long customer line behind us. They have some new menu additions which are worth trying! Slightly overpriced that's why I gave 4 stars."
"At first wasn’t to happy with how it looks/Location was ahh? and as a Muslim it’s hard to see employees use a knife or have the same gloves touching pork and then they start making your food with the same gloves/knife, so I ask the employee can u please change the gloves/knife and she was soo happy and soo nice about it usually at other places I get the dirty look but here “Jean” they employee wasss sooo friendly and sooo nice! I had to write a review about it,I was so happy. And food was good subway what can I say!!!!"
