"Great work the front desk was very helpful"
"The service is not good especially from the lady who take the Dann picture the front desk lady was very nice and helpful but the rest terrible the consul was a big d....."
"very helpful and patient answered all our questions and doubts with clarity"
"Service is great! I only give it 4 starts because I wish they would tell you how long you will be there for. Our appt was at 9:40, we got there almost 15 minutes before it, and left 2 hours and half later because they don't take you my appt time but by the ticket number you have to get when you go in. Other than that, the staff is super nice!"
"I was able to renew my passport very quickly, and it arrived less than a week later to my home address . Make sure to schedule your appointment online at their website, prior to going to the consulate. Also, if you want to order or renew your Cédula, you can. However, unlike the passports, they won't mail you your Cédula to your home. You'll have to go back to the consulate to pick it up, in approximately 9-13 weeks."
