"Don't come here, they sent my passport to my house via Fedex, Fedex lost it and they never helped me, never called me about the claim we had to make to get my money back for the lost, i had to get a rush passport and came back to them to stamp another visa, but they were supposed to help me with the Fedex claim, as Fedex said, they made bussines with them, not with me, this bussines never contacted me again, and i will never use them again."

"The people here were very nice. However this is NOT a Russian consular office. It's a tourism office that assists people with applications for Russian Visas. They're nice and helpful, but they didn't go out of their way to correct my obvious misunderstanding that I was at a Russian diplomatic office. They can submit your visa application and vet it, but you're paying a premium for that service."

"Please be aware that this is a travel agency first and foremost. They are not the official visa center for Russia or any other country. If you search on Google for the location of the ILS visa center, these guys pop up, and they are not them. They have all kinds of shady practices, like presenting you with outdated or misleading information in order to get you to use their outfit. For instance, they will assert that you can have a three year multi-entry tourist visa, which is inaccurate. They will urge you to lie that you are staying at one of the hotels they do bushiness with, even though lying to a border guard could land you in a heap of trouble. If you are staying for more than two weeks, the border guard could ask you to provide proof of payment, and if you're not staying at that hotel, you will not have it. If you take a 3 year visa with them, you will have to go through them every time you are traveling because you will need a fake hotel voucher from them. They will insist that this is the only reliable way to get a visa to Russia, but that is not so. After 2012, the rules were greatly simplified and you would to better to go through official channels. They get very defensive and rude if you ask them any questions about this. Again, you would do better to go to the actual Invisa Logistics Center or deal with Invisa Logistics by mail."
