"They never respond to emails or phones. Neither NY or DC offices. NY office sent my email back marked as " spam"!!! Shame on you! What the heck are you doing here if not " serving" your people?!!! Live in USA how about learn from them how to provide service!!!!"
"Flew all the way from California to renew my expired passport, just to find out you can only renew if it’s up to date otherwise you have to fly back home and apply for temporary document . Tried to reach through the phone to see what document I need and nobody answers phone even if you call during business hours . So anybody having expired passport you have to apply for a certificate to return home , pay 60 $ , and put your original passport in envelope and mail to them , then they will send you temporary passport that you can use to fly home , and then you can renew your passport in Uzbekistan ."
"Very good experience here I had recently. Thank you our professional diplomats, you did perfect. To be honest I didn’t expect such a fast service and friendly attitude.First of all, please read all steps through website about documentation(Everything is mentioned on our foreign affairs official website step by step) and then contact by email if needed .I love my motherland. Special thanks to Oybek aka!"
"I had a great experience here today. It used to take so long to wait in line before. Since they introduced the online appointment system, things move much faster. Just make sure you read and communicate via email before you make an appointment so that you have everything you need. Although they have been understanding and try to resolve issues as best they can. Great work!"
"So after reading all the low star reviews I can tell you this; if you go online and read what documents to bring before going there, the service itself will not get more than 15 minutes. I have been there several times and very satisfied with service. Make sure to bring all your documents and copies of each one."
