Welcome to the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in New York, proudly serving the Polish community and Polish interests in the United States. Conveniently located at 233 Madison Avenue (Jan Karski Corner), in the heart of Manhattan, our consulate is dedicated to providing comprehensive services to Polish citizens and those interested in Polish affairs.
Our consular district covers a wide region, including Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont. We are here to assist with a variety of consular services, including passport and visa applications, which can be scheduled through our online platform, e-Konsulat.

Our office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM, and on Wednesday from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Please note that passport and visa services are available on Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM and on Friday from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM.
