"Burakhantv, Today, I waited in line behind you at the consulate for minutes because you asked the same questions over and over again to the female officer who prepared your documents. And I personally witnessed that the officer did not raise his voice at you. Since she is a kind and gentle woman, she patiently answered the same question many times to the same question that you continued to ask even though she had already answered it. By asking the same question over and over again even though you are done with your work, you have wasted the time of the people waiting in line behind you and you shamelessly make false accusations about the people working here. I'm not surprised at all that you slandered a female employee who treated you with patience and kindness. A move that suits you perfectly!!!"

"I've had the pleasure of visiting the consulate quite a few times in the last few weeks and every single visit has been fairly well. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous to our needs on every visit. Sure the wait times can be a bit extended but that is too be expected as everyone's needs vary and can consume the staffs time. If you walk in and are reasonable with your expectations and work with the staff, they are great."

"I love my country and my nationality but I had my appointment at 10.00 am and I went there at 9.20 am. Literally they took me at 11.58am. I don’t understand how this thing is possible. Even whole staff they came at 10.00 am and only 1 staff was working. Every single person after me finished their job except me and there was another guy. This is really sad …."

"Went with my dad today for several procedures. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Both of us were able to complete everything and get our questions answered. It was such a relief because government papers and procedures can get confusing and lengthy, but the staff helped through everything. One thing I learned from my experience is that it will be easier for everyone to bring cash for transactions and at least 2 or more identical photos (if you happen to forget though there is a shoe store around the corner that does them for $10)"
