"Dear traveler, I visited the Royal Thai Consulate in NYC today 8/16/24. The agent at the office was very helpful and knowledgeable of their system, a as d make me feel welcome, If you are trying to get a visa, and your country is not in photo post you need to file it on line at ( thaievisa.go.th ) You may need to create an account with them and do all payment and requests online. It will take two weeks to process your visa and send it to NY Royal Thai Consulate. Keep in mind rules are subject to change. Good luck!"

"Great Customer Service and they were so helpful. If u are traveling soon and haven’t got ur E-visa, I recommend u go to the office. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The reviews had me scared guess they got new staffing, because they are amazing."
"Understand that there staff must taking care and service customer during 10-12 and 1 - 3:30 p.m. so they got time after that to really recap on Passport Request/ ID Renewal or VISA response after move to e- Visa application. Staff there work until 5 to make sure they cover every aspect. So my suggestion is to try go read on website first before asking them on Facebbok Messenger."
"We applied for my husband's work visa at the New York Consulate, and when we got there we realized we were supposed to apply online. We were very nervous about the time frame and getting everything done in time, and one of the employees was unbelievably helpful for us. She went out of her way to check all our documents before we submitted, and even gave her phone number so that we could get help at every stage. She always answered her phone when we had a question and we got the e-visa approved very quickly and with no problems at all. Thanks for a great experience!!"
