"Yup. There seems to be a singular rude and very impatient woman on the staff. Everyone else seemed to be kind. But after traveling a long time to get something done and getting extremely rude service was disheartening and I would not want to go again, although I would have to for necessary documents."

"The representative I dealt with today was very impatient. We go there for help and I got an attitude from this Korean woman with a short bob cut and round glasses. She doesn’t speak English very well and got frustrated with me because I didn’t understand everything she was saying. She needs to find another job not dealing with people. Everyone else was helpful."

"It was a great experience. The security lady was very courteous and allowed my husband to accompany me. The lady at the counter was fluent in Korean and English and was very efficient. She also let me know of a multiple entry option which I didn’t know about. DO NOT PRINT THE PHOTO ON VISA APPLICATION FORM. A hard photo is supposed to be pasted - but the entire staff was really helpful and guided me to get the right photo and waited till I came back. All in all great experience!"

"If i could give negative 1000 stars i would. Cant judge everybody in there but people at the front are so rude?! I get it, you guys deal with people all day but...that is ur job?! Why put out so much negative energy for people who come to you for help? They talk as if we should know what they are talking about. Been here many many times for years and every single time it gets worse and worse. Absolute horrendous operation and i dread it every time i have to go"
