"It's been the most efficient visa process I've ever had. People are friendly and everything is expedite. Only thing is there's no phone number where to contact anyone, I tried with 4 different numbers. I sent an email to all addresses I found online and went straight to the Consulate to find out what to do. Fortunately they answer emails within a couple hours so I could set my appointment with no inconvenience and everything worked out. RECOMMENDATION: Be brief and clear in your email subject and content. Hopefully they fix the phones."

"I just went for my passport renewal. The system changed my appointment last minute after my ticket to NY was booked. I arrived at the Consulate not expecting anything but being told to get out and come back on the day of my new appointment. But I was approached very friendly, and the person was kind and empathetic. He let me in no problem. No blame, no lecturing. The person who processed my documents was very friendly and kind. I told him I was nervous. I apologized that some forms are not complete because I did not know what to write. He said not to be stressed or worried. He said, we will do everything, please do not worry.
