"I never feel safe. I cannot use the bathroom nor wash my hands while waiting between busses either. It would be nice to have a shop or more staff working at the station that avails a cleaning.crew and observation/supervision over the building."
"What can I say? People have nowhere to go, nothing to do, so they congregate in the bus terminal. Some are homeless, some are just lonely. Buses run very infrequently. The place is rarely clean though it is serviced with periodically cleaning. Does provide heat in winter and air in summer."
"Room was nice and clean. Well stocked. Only minor complaint was only one wash cloth, but double hand towels and bath towels. I know i could have asked for more, but I was only staying two days."
"I had to come here because I was catching the bus. This particular place I don't like. They have plenty of schedules for where you're traveling to. It's set up as if there's an attendant there but actually it's not. I understand it's a small place and if you need information about the bus it's on the screen but my question is what if you need further information or help no one is there to help. I'm pretty sure it's been there a while so I'm just voicing my opinion of the location. There's signs up for no loitering but it's there. I wasn't there long but these are just my thoughts"
