"What a joke. 7 am appointment for a delivery. Checked in at 7 am. Was told my appointment was for noon. Showed them where it said 7 am. They make you chock both sides of your trailer, they make you remove your red airline and give you a red glade hand lock. Then once empty they make you remove the lock before they will release your paperwork. They also make you turn over your keys. You can either stand in the check in area or outside or in your truck if you do have extra keys. They also do a full count and place barcodes on all products. What a waste of time for a driver. Absolutely no place to sit. No Bathrooms. But yet they try to take everything from you. They give you lots of attitude. I don’t care. That’s just stupid lazy workers. Zero respect for drivers."
