"I went there after a referral for bathroom renovation supplies. I expect that if I work with an actual person that I would get a minimal level of customer service. It's been like pulling teeth. We have to continuously call her to follow up, since she doesn't call back or return emails. Then we ordered a bathtub that we ended up pretty much researching ourselves and she didn't tell us that we needed a drain/overflow for that model, so when we got it, the plumber couldn't install it. We ordered the item and I've been waiting a month for it now. Last week when I called (since I had not heard anything yet) she said It would come yesterday or today. I didn't hear a thing, so called again. Now they say it should arrive next week. In the mean time we have no bathroom. I should have gone with Lowes, I get better service there."
