"Personally my husband and I always have a good experience at this store. Staff is friendly and store is clean. We haven’t done the separate area for animal grooming but so can’t speak on that. Recently purchased a Syrian hamster here and so far it’s been great, she’s really loving her new home."

"The store has alot of items that we can not find in other stores so it's unfortunate we no longer want to go there . I had to report to the manager one of the groomers being aggressive with one of the dogs they were grooming and I would not recommend taking my dog there and leaving it. We have witnessed fighting between the workers in front of customers and the person in the fish dept would not let us buy a gold fish claiming she did not think our tank was big enough. I would try to find another pet store."
