"The staff is very helpful and friendly. We visited this location for the self-serve pet washing area. We purchased a 5-pack for our two dogs and the staff took time to walk us though the process. We will definitely come back, especially since we have three punches left on our card! Fall 2023 update: dog washing is still available, but what was previously $25 for five washes is now $40. Same amenities, for more! Staff is still helpful and friendly, and the stock of items is very vast for a store of this size."

"I've been coming here for several years for cat related stuff. Mostly kitty food. Staff is always offering to help if I need it. To be honest I really don't because I know exactly what I'm getting and where to get it. They seem to do a pretty good job of keeping the shelves stocked."
