"My husband has been taking his dog here for over a year. She has always taken great care of Roxy. We usually schedule the appointments last minute and Melissa seems to always fit him in, even though she is extremely busy. I have to say- these other reviews complaining about her not greeting them have obviously never ran a busy small business before on their own. It may take her a minute to say hello because she’s hands deep in dog grooming, but she has always been extremely kind to my husband and I when we drop off the dog!"
