"The big picture: Kid. 8 months old. 103°F. Details: Christopher at front desk gives us hard time, seems like the guy was on power trip for some reason. From 8 pm till 12 pm no one visited us in our room, no RN, no doctor, no one. Asked for help, the response: “oh, I am doing my report! Don’t bother me, ask someone else!” Yep, report is much more important than people’s lives. Hey, don’t get me wrong, we are here not for free. We are paying for this stuff."

"9 hours in emergency room with daughter 6pm left at 3am. Dirty bathroom. Nurses ignore you.You dont even get to speak to actual doctor. Stay out between 5pm-6am nasty night staff!"

"-Parking Lot The parking lot was a little complicated, but it wasn't really a negative experience. Although it really should not cost money to park in a parking lot for an emergency room. In conclusion, my final rating for the R.U.M.C Emergency Room parking lot is four stars."
