SP+ Parking

"Parked here monthly for 2 years. Service grew progressively worse to the point of dreading the process of getting my vehicle daily. The female attendant simply leaves whenever she pleases, and has left the garage unattended for 30+ Minutes at a time, MULTIPLE times. She made sure to leave her hair iron, makeup, and other party prep on the desk in the office in plain sight though-- don't you worry. If shes not completely missing, shes asleep with all the lights off and door shut. I had to call an uber to go to the local hospital rather than using one of the two cars I had parked here simply because there was no attendant in sight. My car has had multiple dings and scratches during the time I've parked here. Somtimes, it takes upwards to 30+ minutes to even get my car. Calling ahead doesn't work-- as often times the line will ring, and ring-- is entirely down, or-- they'll pick up and hang up on you. Disappointing services for near 300$ a month."

"I got a monthly pass with my job and when I picked up my car one day my whole right side of my rear bumper was damaged and so was my rim and other components from that side of the car. Attendant gave me a complaint form and its been two months and haven't heard anything. Got some numbers from them and the numbers just hang up on me as soon as I call. Stay away from this place. I will definitely be filing a complaint in small claims court for my money. My advice for anyone who has the same problem, file a police report and get your insurance to chase them down."

"Monthly parking customer. Valets are usually very nice and responsible. There have been several incidents. Our vehicle was damaged by an attendant once which cost them quite a bit of money. Strangely, the attendant that damaged our car is still working there. More than once, there was no attendant on duty, such as now as I am writing this review as a wait for someone to possibly maybe arrive. It’s been 30+ minutes. I don’t have a lot of hope. We are already late to our appointment and will undoubtedly be charged a no-show fee. This is very frustrating! Customer service is unhelpful. Calling a number in Tennessee does not help me Queens. Customers have a reasonable expectation to be able to get their cars in a timely manner. This is not ok. We only park here because street parking is near impossible. If I had another option to park elsewhere, I would, but I heard Silver Towers aren’t much better."

"Been parking here for a year now and I cannot even count how many times valets made me take out my own car because they cannot drive a manual transmission. that doesnt make sense to me. some of them I appreciate because they are careful. But some valets dont even seem to apologize that they cant drive stick. “Oh dude can you take out your car?” First of dont call me dude. im your customer and be professional. POS valets who dont know courtesy and respect. I dont mind parking here again but you make sure those valets have some proper attitude."

"Horrible service, outrageous rates, the attendants scratched my car and were careless criminals. When I complained they said they would buff it out! They're one of the few in the area so they effin take advantage of the consumers in the area & charge exorbitant rates!"
