"Went to park here for less than 2 hours. The entrance gate was left open so a bunch of vehicles pulled through but when it was time to leave they said I have to wait 45 minutes to leave for a new ticket to scan. After waiting 20-30 minutes they said I can pay cash to leave but it’s $25 and they handed me a ticket to leave. Once I scanned parking toll said it was $15. Horrible employees and terrible place to park."

"response to the employee who replied to my comment- no where did I say I lost a personal item. Your employee didn’t hand us a ticket to exit nor a receipt , probably pocketed the cash. And I have written your customer service. NO REPLY. Parked there. When we went back there its a sign saying pay at cashier before returning to your vehicle. So my boyfriend goes and the machine says it’s $18.50. He pulls out cash and the employee goes “get your car first and then you pay” we did find this strange seeing that the employee said that when seeing cash ! Well GUESS WHAT… They did that so they can get more it was $21 in that bit of time. They probably pocket some cash, thieves. And guess what my boyfriend didn’t receive a ticket to exit, he had to write a lost ticket form. AFTER HE JUST PAID. The employee almost forgot to give another person who parked their ticket so my boyfriend goes “oh you see! “ another person went “we not dumb they make us go get the car first to get more money “. I got all this recorded on camera"

"Upon leaving the car park, I had a little tumble and dropped my things. I immediately told the gentleman working that I lost my ticket and he told me that it was no problem, he could check my plates to determine the time I parked when I was ready to leave. Upon leaving the man working checked my plates and told me because I lost the ticket he could charge me $30 but that he would only charge me the $25 according to my park time. He then insisted that I "take care" of him so I gave him a $2 tip. He demanded that it wasn't enough and that I needed to give him more. I felt pressure and gave him a $5 tip. I wouldn't have cared if he was upfront about what he was trying to do but the fact that he demanded more money was very off-putting."

"This is an affordable place to park if you made your reservations on spot hero or parking panda since the online prices are less so than the gate prices also this is like eight level parking so there’s always plenty of space available overall a nice spot to park but the stuff is pretty ill informed about the facility."
