"I booked a spot here through SpotHero for about 8 days. The price was great, and the location is very convenient being only about 10 minutes from LGA airport. Both attendants upon drop-off and pick-up were very nice. However upon checking out I was charged a late fee for arriving 3 minutes past my scheduled time. After 8 days of parking I expect courtesy of a 5 minute window. Especially since when I dropped it off it took them a few minutes to open after 6 am. It should go both ways."
