SP+ Parking

"Rude Attendant. As soon as we arrive, the attendant is extremely impatient. He asked us to move to another spot for no reason. and, he keeps complaining about my driving skills and being very rude. He keep saying "don't you understand?" but never listen to what I say. I parked here for the first time but he won't answer my question with respect. I believe this is my last time here too."

"Seriously you guys need some security guards patrolling in this lot. Today there is a weird guy staring at me for 10seconds when I was inside the car.when I make eye contract with the dude he hides behind the car in front of me. I know parking rate is cheap here but at least protect your customers."

"Great place to find inexpensive covered parking. We go here every time we visit the area. Parking Kiosks sometimes don’t accept credit cards (maybe a network issue) so have some cash handy just in case."

"I paid for 2 hours which came to $4 but I had no change and could only give the machine a $20 dollar bill. I received a refund receipt but the girl who was at the service space said she had no money and told me to come back later. Did so at about 8:15 and she said she had no money and refused my refund and told me to come back another day. Huge inconvenience to me since I don’t live in flushing. I just want my money back!"

"The scumbag parking attendant gave me a ticket while I am PAYING for a ticket for parking at their kiosk within the same minute? WTH??? Sharing similar experience? You can file a complaint with NYC Dept of Consumer Affair by call 311. Good Luck!"
