"I recently used this parking garage and had a good experience. The facility was clean and well-maintained. The attendants were friendly and helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean and well-managed parking solution!"
"Don’t park here. They charge 21 dollars for 2 hours than jumps up to 26 for 12 hours. The posting outside for 9 dollars is a bait and switch scheme."
"I made my reservation online through the official website - MPG parking. When dropping my car, the attendant didn’t ask for anything. In the evening (~7), when coming back to get my car, I gave my prepaid code to the attendant (a different one) to scan and the price changed to 0. He started to ramble something like the website is a scam and I told him that I don’t care. The price changed to 0 and that’s all it matters. Experience not too pleasant."
"I made a reservation through BestParking for this garage for today, Jan 15, 2021. When I dropped off my car, I was told that I would have to pay an additional $5 for my Toyota since the attendant felt it was oversized (I do not necessarily agree on that). Unfortunately, when I came to pick up my car, I made the mistake of paying the attendant in cash for the additional fee, which he put in his pocket. When I asked for a receipt, he told me that he could not give me a receipt for the additional amount charged, since I had already submitted my original payment through Best Parking. I pointed out to him that if he charges me additional money, I would like a receipt. The parking attendant then walked off to take care of other cars. #side business #pocketingmoney #rude"
"RUDE!! STAY AWAY! I CANNOT begin to explain the mistreatment and harassment from the afternoon parking attendant. First day parking attendant demanded a tip and told me that IT IS REQUIRED. he gave me such a bad attitude. Next day I parked, he WENT OFF EVEN SENT ME BACK TO AFRICA, MIND YOU I AM HISPANIC. RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, LACK OF PROFESSIALISM. NEVER PARKING IN ANY MPG AGAIN."
