"this is a brand new parking lot. Prices are in line with what you would expect in NYC (see photo) . It seems you can pay scanning a QR code but we didn’t use it, we preferred to go to the booth. The guy was accommodating and fast. There are bumpers to avoid making silly mistakes, but alas as usual the space between cars is limited, pay attention when opening the door"

"We lost a Bose bluetooth mini speaker worth $159.99 yesterday when we use this valet parking service between 3:00PM-8:20PM. The internal audio speakers of our car is broken and that's why we carry the bluetooth speaker in the car all the time. To be safe, we put the speaker inside the middle compartment between the driver and passenger seats before we gave the car key to the valet named Jackson. However when the valet returned our car back, I check the middle compartment immediately and FOUND THE SPEAKER MISSING! We called the police but since there is no camera at the spot where the valet parked my car, the police left after a few words with the valet and us the VICTIMS! After the police left, we still hope to know more details about why this happened to us, and it turned out that they PUT OUR CAR KEY SIMPLY ON THE WINDSHIELD OUTSIDE OF THE CAR!!! The first time we asked whether the valet locked the car or not, the valet Jackson said that he CLOSED our car, and then when we asked again, he changed his wording to "LOCK". He also told the police that he "locked" the car (which is obvious a lie since we found out later that there are many cars not locked in the garage). Jackson was not willing to help and said we are not police and we have no right to ask him, and even said our speaker was left at home!!!!!! Also, there is a safety exit just a few steps away from where our car was parked. They said they won't allow any customers to go beyond the stop sign of the garage, but according to another staff on site, anyone who come from higher levels of the building can go down to the center of the garage from this safety exit. And also according to that staff, most of the cars are NOT LOCKED and the KEYS ARE EITHER PUT INSIDE THE CAR OR OUTSIDE OF THE WINDSHIELD. We have filed a report with the help of another staff onsite , but everyone knows that if we don't follow-up by ourselves this won't be solved. Hope this parking spot could make more efforts to make it a safe place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
