"An absolute gem - In a city where it’s a constant struggle to find hair services at reasonable prices, Celis really restores my faith. From the moment you enter the salon, it is an experience! You’re offered snacks and beverage, lovely vibe, the owners are friendly and accommodating. They are a full service unisex beauty bar that really does great work. My hair stylist Michelle is fabulous! The price of my service includes - wash, blow dry and I only have to bring my own hair. Michelle is kind, attentive, meticulous, and always does an excellent job braiding my hair. She is also very fast. I’ve been going to her for the past 2 years and am grateful for her consistency."

"So I came here to get a silk press with my daughter and went to michelle. This is a beautiful location upon arrival they give you a glass of wine and they also have snack and beverages for purchase. The ambiance is beautiful and they have a nice music being played on a large screen tv. Let’s get into the hair, my silk press was given followed by a protein conditioner. The best part about this experience is the time. I was in and out for about two hours. I like that she spoke to me a little but gave me my time to relax and enjoy my hair routine. She even gave a special liquid for my dandruff relief and it felt good. I would definitely come back again 2 hours is perfect for me and she literally gives you all the time needed for your services you’re not waiting hours to be serviced. I definitely loved this establishment."

"I brought my nephew in to get a cut with the only barber who works in the Beauty Bar. I found the barber on an app called “the Cut” and needed to book a slot immediately, his name is Jigga. I must say I was impressed with the service, speed and my satisfaction when the service was over. This place is brand new and it is beautiful inside; it’s also meticulously maintained! They have a downstairs waiting area equipped with a flat screen and playstation, which kept my nephew entertained until his appointment time (we got there pretty early). The shop was very clean and the staff was friendly; parking wasn’t bad either. There were nearby places to eat and it’s not too far from King’s Theatre in Flatbush Brooklyn. I definitely will be returning here not only for my nephew but myself as well, as they offer services to women."
