"When I called Marion Salon Spa, I explained that I was looking to do a radical change. I've had very long hair for decades and wanted to cut it short. They hooked me up with Kristen and she was AMAZING!! She looked at my picture ideas, asked questions and listened to me through it all. She gave me an incredible short hair style. I absolutely LOVE it and have gotten so many compliments. Kristen was kind and personable and also professional and skilled! I could not ask for a better experience! "First let me start off by saying I had the 1hour massage with Kristy and she was so sweet and so thorough. It was the perfect blend of talking/educating and relaxation. I loved every minute of the service and my skin has never looked better. I highly recommend her!! The salon is very cute, all the staff was nice and everything looked very clean. They even offered snacks and gave me a free hand cream when I left. My only gripe is that I had a gift certificate that I received in November 2020 right before the pandemic and when I got there and handed it over 5 minutes later they came and told me I had to pay a $30 difference. There was no expiration date on the gift certificate and no monetary value just that it was valid for a 1hr massage. As the wife of a business owner, we always honor gift certificates for what they are indicated as (unless we put a monetary value or note stating that it’s subject to price changes). I feel that I should’ve been honored the value of the gift certificate despite the price changes, and obviously moving forward I would pay the new prices. Despite this I will definitely return because everyone was very sweet and Kristy was amazing!!"

"I went in and had a haircut done that wasn’t quite perfect after leaving a review the salon reached out to me and wanted to fix it for me. I went in today and had the most amazing experience I’ve ever had in a salon. She took so much time and put so much effort into my hair, my hair has never looked better. The customer service is the best I’ve seen anywhere I couldn’t be happier. She styled my hair every way possible to make sure it looked good no matter what. I’m so thankful that they were so wonderful and willing to fix my hair, it’s perfect thank you so much!! I will 100% be going back to this salon."
