"I walk in and the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. I was going to cut a foot or more off my hair, which is something I've done before. After I talked with and showed a picture of what i wanted tl the person who did my hair, Lori McKeon, she didn't question my choice to cut my hair that short. It was incredibly wonderful to have her trust that I knew what I wanted. The lady who checked me in did a lovely job washing my hair. I regretfully did not catch her name. When Lori started cutting my hair, she was very gentle and really quick compared to the place I get my hair stylist back home. She also cut my hair in a way that I could play with it a bit to change up the style if I wanted. She listened to me, did what I asked, and was incredibly thorough. I couldn't get the online appointment scheduling work. Bit of a bummer but not a deal breaker since that could have very well been my fault. I will be back and highly recommend this hair studios."
