"Place is in a basement apartment converted into a "business". Not the cleanest (massive stains and marker stains on the waiting room couch and drab linens) and painful massage with fast rushed movements. I had to complain twice about the painful shoulder rub and scalding hot towel used on my back. Originally I wanted 30 minutes and asked for 1hr when I was 5 minutes in because it started off ok.ugh, I was wrong. I was tempted to leave in the middle but had hope that it would somehow get better for the $60 I was spending. It's sad because if the massage was good, I would've been a regular client despite the aesthetic. I felt sore after and my skin felt gross from the sticky lotion. Was relieved to get home to shower and stretch. I think the positive reviews are a scam"
"I had two amazing massages here over my week long holiday in Bitez. It's an amazing set up with the massage rooms being right over the coast. The sound of the breeze and the surf really set the mood. The staff are friendly and professional. Be fairly warned if you ask for a proper deep massage with force they will not disappoint. Of course they do a variety of massage styles so you'll find something for you. Definitely recommend."
"My wife booked this as the reviews are largely positive, but it seems that they’re under new management? The massage was booked as a couples massage and was supposed to be in side-by-side tables - no such setup exists here. The place feels incredibly sketchy from the get go (why did we stay? It’s Williamsburg, we figured it was maybe just a hidden gem), and the massage was quite possibly the worst I’ve ever had. I have physical bruising from the poor quality of the massage. To top it off, there was a baby crying in the background for a solid 30-45 minutes. In no way would I return."
"I love massage and I appreciate the service. However, I had a pretty bad massage experience in this specific place . One of my arm hurt and swollen badly after the massage . Because the woman who did a hard core rub on my arm directly (no towel) without applying any massage oil on it at all . This is simply not professional ... and I have to offer 1 star for this experience"
