"ATTENTION: I am very very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received. I have known Zelda for 3 years and have gone consecutively 3 years in a row. However she did not respect a loyal customer. In fact she has overcharged me and my looks horrendous. She displays my hair pictures on her website yet she has the audacity to overcharge me and my hair looks half done. Now only did she completely fry my hair but also it looks like my hair was never done. I am extremely disappointed and will never go back here. There are much better salons in NYC!! EDIT: She messaged me asking if we can find a solution. I messaged her back and she read my text but did not respond."
