"The positive reviews for this salon on the different platforms and websites are from offering customers discounts in exchange for their positive reviews. Stay clear of this salon. They did my hair once, didn't have the hair that matched my natural color and request, and put the wrong color in. It was noticeable and not the natural look I was going for. As a paying customer this was a bad experience."

"The last time I went in for twists on time, they didn't start my hair until 50 minutes after my arrival- and that was only after I complained. Lisa was completely unapologetic, she was annoyed that I spoke up about the delay. It was clear they started the client before me so late that they were severely behind. Instead of apologizing or giving me a heads up that they needed me to wait an extra hour for my appointment, no one addressed the protracted wait time at all, which was unprofessional. I had a doctor's appointment scheduled afterward, and they made me very late and if anything they were irritated that I had expected to be taken on time. Never went back, and never will. Disrespectful"

"Love Lisa Bailey’s work! I’m not a regular client, but I’ve visited Lisa for Havana twists a number of times over the past five years. She’s an expert at what she does. Your appointment starts on time, the twists are beautiful, you are in and out in 2 hours and, best of all, the braids DONT HURT! Like they don’t hurt at all! I’ve never had a bad experience with Ms. Bailey and I’m looking forward to trying new styles with her."
