Venus spent the time to review my entire skin care routine and look at all the ingredients of my products to see what could be causing congestion. They take pictures to monitor your progress and truly want to help you achieve your skin goals. Venus did a great job with my extractions and was very dedicated to get everything out. There was a minor misunderstanding around pricing for one service but they were kind enough to honor the verbal quote I received in advance.
