"If I could give this place zero stars I would! Soon as I walked into the place one lady came to one end of the aisle watching me then I noticed another lady came to the other end of the aisle pretending she was looking at the mannequins hair. I went to the next aisle and both of them continued to followed me as if I was going to steal. I asked the cashier if I could speak to a manager. She told me we have an assistant manager but he’s on break. I asked if I could still speak with him but clearly that was useless because when I did express my concerns with him of how I was being followed by his workers he said “we don’t do that here”. I told him well it was just done to me and you don’t make people feel like that when they are shopping. I was going to purchase some stuff but I handed everything I had to one of the lady’s that was following me and walked out. I will not shop in that store anymore. I’m a hairstylist, I often go to that location to pick up quick items I need but not anymore after that horrible experience I had."

"This store DOES NOT desrve your business ! i was in search of "GEL" for my curly hair and immediately was suggested to 2 items (both $30 a peace). i was told that both would be amazing for my hair type. the one gel left my hair extremely frizzy and the other was an actual hair spray for curls ( not what i asked for) when i tried to return it i was met with an attitude, unprofessionalism, and was told i was "acting extremely weird", when in fact i was not able to get 2 words in on the conversation the owner and his wife were VERY condescending, rude, and were not helpful, not to mention their prices are about 25% higher then most (which i get because the are in a mall and the rents are high). i personally had a very unpleasant experience and will never return to this business. BUYER BEWARE ! OR.......shop at your own risk"

"Walked in with my daughter and asked where the hair beads for kids were located. I was guided to the back of the store which they were on the back wall. After searching for about a minute (not much variety) I decided to leave. The African American lady that worked there was looking at me and my daughter suspicious as if we stole something. My daughter felt uncomfortable saying mom why is she looking at us like that. I make 6 figures and own 2 businesses. No need to steal from this establishment. Never will I step foot back in this beauty supply"
