"The BNMC office is separate from the parking ramp office. So, if you need to make payments, the physical office location can't help you. To add a cherry on top, the BNMC office NEVER answers their phone and NEVER answers their emails. Good luck ever getting help from them. If I could give a negative star, I would. Update: I've been trying to get my permit canceled since March 25th. There is no option on the website to stop payments or remove your card on file. All you can do is submit a "cancel/hold permit request", which I submitted multiple times. I knew that wasn't going to work, given that the customer service for this company is so stellar, so I replaced my card on file with a digital one that has a $1 spend limit. I'm getting daily email notifications that my virtual $1 card is declining the $99 renewal charge from 589 ELLICOTT STREET, LLC. This company is a joke."
