"I brought my Ram Laramie Crew Cab there and had a trolling motor and boat Bumpers in the bed they took them out so I could go through, the bugs didn't come off all the way the first wash and they ran me through again. I was satisfied."

"I have poor driving skills and decided to give myself a flat in your parking lot. A few workers Rusty, Nick and Casey immediately came over to assist me and without hesitation started to change my tire. They were extremely helpful/patient and wouldn’t accept anything as a “thank you.” Without their help I would have been clueless, they saved me time and money. I very much appreciate their kindness and it’s nice to see that there are is still good in this world. Thank you again Rusty, Nick and Casey."

"Go Car Wash Review: Mixed Experience I recently visited Go Car Wash in Cicero and had a somewhat mixed experience that highlighted both positive and negative aspects of the service. Let's start with the positives. Pablo, one of the attendants, provided exceptional customer service. He was friendly, efficient, and made sure to address all my concerns regarding the wash package I chose. His attention to detail ensured that my car received a thorough cleaning. Pablo's professionalism definitely stood out and made my visit more pleasant. Another positive note was the assistance I received from a young boy with a sling on his arm. Despite his injury, he was eager to help customers and displayed a positive attitude throughout. His dedication to his job and willingness to assist customers, despite his physical limitation, was truly commendable. It's refreshing to encounter such a work ethic in someone so young. However, not all aspects of my visit were as positive. Unfortunately, I encountered some issues with the manager, Ashley. His attitude was dismissive, rude, and unhelpful when I brought up an issue with the billing process. He seemed more interested in delegating blame than finding a solution, which was disappointing. Ashley's lack of customer service skills and unwillingness to assist in resolving the matter left a sour taste after an otherwise decent experience. Overall, Go Car Wash in Cicero provides a satisfactory service with notable exceptions. While Pablo and the boy with the sling exemplified excellent customer service, Ashley's poor management skills detracted from an otherwise positive visit. I would recommend Go Car Wash for its quality service but caution customers to be wary of managerial interactions. Update: Management seems to be taking down my review. Very disappointing as I am a member just trying to improve the wash in anyway I can."

"My car looks the same it did before going into the wash. It has dirt, mud and bugs all over it and I did choose the premium wash but it still did nothing. If I could make the 1 star to a no star I most definitely would. Need a refund for this “car wash”"

"My truck wasn't clean as many have stated here. So I went back the next day...they kindly let me go through again and the employee said he'd follow me through the wash to be sure the back wasn't missed again. As I entered, he used a towel to wipe the tailgate. Pictures attached. The manager/corporate reviewed all of the footage and said that since I didn't see it and report it before I left the premises, they will not take responsibility. They have it on camera, I'm sure you can tell the movement the employee makes as he wipes the back of my truck matches the swirl of scratches. They said they investigated and the towels were clean. The back of my truck wasn't though, and those scratches were made by the employee at Go Car Wash in Cicero, NY. They say everyone is entitled to their opinion. I think we need to go back and learn the definition of an opinion and a fact. I know the facts. They know the facts. It's just more cost effective to deny the claim than to just fix this one since it was so blatant. The truck had less than 2000 miles on it at the time. Never been washed by hand. First person to touch it but they didn't cause it???"
