"Horrible secretary and manager. I went into Acura of Brooklyn on Tuesday. Last week I emailed and called for a quote and the secretary refused to give me a price over the phone or as a text or email because she thinks I’ll go to another dealership with that number which I can anyway even if I go in person. I finally got a quote from a salesman and kept asking for the sign and drive price. All in $0 down including taxes and fees. I was assured that when I get to Acura, the paperwork will be ready and I’d sign for it. The paperwork was good and exactly what I wanted, already approved by the manager. When it came time to leave a deposit, he says it’s really for 7500 miles a year instead of 10,000 that I asked for. My salesman also said they’d have no problem ending my lease early and taking care of the last 2 payments. But the manager said he never knew he needed to take over the last 2 payments and said the price would be even higher. Then he tells me he already sold that car I wanted the day before even though it said it’s available online. He kept trying to get me to lease a base model with $1000 upfront even though I kept telling him all in including taxes. Then he tried getting me to get the A-spec technology one which is much more than the A-spec and only have 7500 miles even though I keep telling him 10,000 is a must. They refused to trade with another company too for it. I ended up walking out and now I’m going to be getting the 2025 A-spec in blue next month from a different place for the same price I almost signed for."
