I was assured a car over the phone by their on site representative and was upcharged over $400 for the car that was "not available" upon arrival. Their customer service is non-existent and they prey on people that have planned ahead but are now in a time of need looking for a "last minute rental" because they don't honor their reservations. This place should be shut down. I cannot stress enough, do not go here."
