"Another terrible experience with Grand Prize Auto. Called the service department 4 times today to get a simple answer to a question on whether my warranty was still valid. This was for a vehicle and warranty I purchased from them. 3 hours later, no call back. I was able to contact another dealership a few moments ago and they helped me get an answer to my question. I wasn’t in their computer but they took down my info and contacted the warrantee company for me. It seems that every time I have to deal with this service department, they fail to provide even the lowest standards of customer service. The good news is my warrantee expired so I no longer have to deal with them and will not buy any more vehicles there again. Finally the pain will end."
