"Unfortunately, I will no longer be going to this location. I scheduled an appointment for 11 for a simple oil change. I received no call about the car by 3pm (place closes at 5) so I went back only to find my car still in the parking spot where I left it. They finished the car at 5pm after I sat in the shop for a half hour waiting."
