"Horrible service. I needed a battery for my. Car and was ready to purchase it asap. Only problem was, the customer service was nonexistant. Two men behind the counter, talking with another gentleman back and forth, they looked at me and kept on talking. I waiting to be acknowledged, as I didnt want to interrupt. I ended up walking out. I wouldn't have minded waiting if at least one of the workers had said hello, I'll be right with you. I took my money and almost dead battery over to Auto Zone, was greeted promptly , had my battery checked, purchased a new one and had it installed, by helpful young gentleman. That was my first and last time visiting Advanced Auto."

"Went and bought a spray can about 5 days ago. Never ended up using it because I bought extra. I went to return the extra and the guy said the can has been used and all this other B.S. I can assure I never used the can. In general the staff is not very friendly. I wouldn’t say rude but they just are not nice and have a bit of attitude."
