"The time factor was exceptional."

"Installation at White Plains, NY was not successful with extremely unprofessional service. When I dropped the car off at the scheduled time, at 2 PM I was told the car would be done by the end of the day, and someone would call me to pick up the car. As nobody called me by 6 PM, I decided to drive to the U-Haul location and pick up the car. When I was at the U-Haul location, around 6:30 PM, I received a call from the U-haul site manager telling me that the technician has left for the day and they can't finish the installation as promised. During this call, I was standing in front of the garage where 2 technicians were working on my car. When I challenged the manager's statement I was given another excuse that this was a very complex installation and they would need more time and I had to leave the car overnight. I asked if the car will be ready earlier the next day, by noon time, since I have previous arrangements and need the car. I was told it could possibly be ready by 4-5 PM the following day without a firm ETA. I asked if I can reschedule and bring the car another day when the manager become aggravated and told me that I wasted their time and the only option was to cancel the order. I was told I would be charged for the labor, even though the work was not done."

"For some reason the system showed my reservation on a different date that I got email/text for. The mechanic (don't know the gentleman's name) was standing by the counter when I arrived, and went out of the way to take me in even though he had a busy schedule. Just great customer service."
