They also all tried to help come up with alternatives when we ran into issues. Also a lovely group to chat with. Updating this as I had another glass issue, but mostly just reiterating that this place is the best. Brian and Joe are so great to work with, you feel like you're working with old friends. New location is very nice and loved my k-cafe au lait while I was waiting."

"I was referred to Brian at West Herr Auto Glass on Millersport directly from my salesperson, Justine (sold in 2019), at West Herr Nissan Williamsville. He managed to turn a 2-3 wait time over Labor Day weekend for delivery of two window glasses into about 5 or 6 hours. Both passenger side windows were broken by an idiot who stole my girlfriend's purse (wallet, cards, cash, car keys, house keys, etc) the night before. We managed to locate the keys (minus car key fob) in a roadside bush 3 miles away using her airpod locator app. Filed the usual police report and so on. Brian was great. The repairs were done within an hour and a half. Both windows completed. Minor hiccup with the front window I discovered while driving half mile down thr road. It wouldn't automatically raise/lower as designed. Thinking it was likely a simple fix, I returned. Stated that I was already a "return customer." One of the techs showed me the quick way to reprogram this feature (press and hold the button for 10 seconds when raised and then 10 seconds when lowered) and all was well. Made a rough day go a lot smoother."
