"The best service you could ask for! On a Saturday recently my Braun Chair Topper stopped working and wheelchair was trapped in the storage unit. Chris from service took time out of his Saturday to come out and fix my Chair Topper giving me back my independence. Chris has been servicing my vehicles for over 20 years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do the job."
"TERRIBLE customer service!! I was there on July 19th for an intermittent clunking noise in the rear of my van. I was told they couldn’t duplicate it when I was there, but from his experience and what I explained it was doing, he thought it was the kneel chain and said he would order it and I’d get a call when it came in. Well 2 months later, still no call, so I called on Sept. 13th and I was told by Lynn that a kneel chain was ordered but it wasn’t in yet. She said she would check on an ETA and get back to me. No call again so I called on Nov. 7th and now I’m told they don’t even have any file on me and apparently no order for a kneel chain. Only thing she could confirm is that I was there for diagnostic on 7/19. You had something on me on 9/13 but now you don’t?? And you’re the one that day that told me a kneel chain was ordered because I forgot what it was called. She said she would check into it a little more and get back to me shortly and took my phone number. Well here we are 10 days later and still no call back yet again. Sadly, us customers are limited on where we can have our conversion vehicles serviced but I will not recommend nor will I return to this location. I had to drive an hour to get there too and now it’s 4 months later and I still have a clunking van. UPDATE 12/7/23 Kris immediately reached out to me on the next morning of writing this review. He apologized that things were not handled the way they should have been. He came up with a plan of action and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that my van got fixed. The communication and customer service I received from him and his mechanic was definitely top notch. I am very pleased and appreciate that he reached out to me to get this issue resolved. I will definitely use their services again and give them another go after this. I am updating my rating from a 1 star review to 5 stars as I could not be more pleased that my van is fixed and that Kris reached out to me almost immediately and resolved my issues. Thank you again!!"
"I recently purchased a Bruno Joey scooter lift for my minivan. I received great service from Chris in sales. He took all the time we needed to explain things and give great advice. Lynn, the receptionist was also very helpful and pleasant whenever I called. After installation, I had an issue and needed an adjustment due to my own preferences and was easily accommodated to fit my needs. I highly recommend United Access!"
"We recently purchased our second van from Chris Carden at United Access which was formerly Main Mobility. Again, we were extremely pleased with the excellent service and support we received from Chris and his whole team including Lynn and Bill. In 2014, when we purchased our first Siena van, we were in shock and had no idea what we needed. Chris spent a long time educating us about the different types of vans and their features in order to ensure that both I and my wife would have a vehicle that would provide the freedom we required. By the time we were ready for a new van, the world had changed again - now we were faced with Covid, world wide supply shortages and new technologies including "hybrid" engines requiring total re-engineering before or vehicle could even be made! Again, Chris was with us every step of the way - it took over a year to obtain just the right wheelchair accessible vehicle with the safety lockdown feature and incredible gas mileage but now that it's here, we LOVE it! This would not have been possible without Chris Carden and the support of United Access. We are incredibly grateful!"
"Lynn is the dumbest person along with Bill. How can you hook up a lift circuit board with just positive and no negative. The positive keeps running and needs to go somewhere. Well mine went to the altenater battery light came on everything shut down. I had no brakes, sterring, lights. After Bill apparently put in a new circuit board. He won't let you take the old parts due to getting sued. We'll maybe I should contact my lawyer for his negligence in not hooking up the circuit board correctly. I could have killed someone just because Bill hooked it up wrong. I had no power."
