"Hi, we are a military family on the move and had a few issues with our car where we could not open the hood and also needed a new starter motor. We brought our vehicle here to be fixed before having it shipped to Hawaii. We were informed that they could resolve the issues at $200 a hr got labor and parts. We paid and were told sometime later that the car was fixed and we could pick it up. We immediately had the car shipped to Hawaii. When it arrived the hood again would not open. We reached out to the service dept and were told the Service Mgr John Paskiewicz would contact us….. He did not. I followed up and when he finally spoke to me he kept repeating, he fixed it and saying “so what do want” “You just want us to pay to fix it “ “ why did it take so long for you to tell us” all this after I explained everything. Very rude and unprofessional. This is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an employee at a Volvo Dealer. Do walk, run away from the service dept"

"Stopped in to buy new wiper blades. To our surprise they offered to install them free of charge, washed our car and treated us to a great cup of coffee. General Manager came out to say hello while our fantastic service guy took care of our car. Wish we knew his name as he was so helpful. Appreciate the great service."

"I hadn’t purchased a car in 12 years, so I was really hoping the car buying experience had improved, but it hasn’t. I went to the only Volvo dealership in town. The salesperson was friendly, but the overall process was stressful. I felt pressured to sign and pick up my car immediately. I wish they would have been more helpful in sharing their knowledge about selling my damaged car. A great car dealer should not only look out for themselves but also have the customer’s best interests in mind. That would make me a loyal customer. P.S. I’m editing my recent post and this is on me for not doing my research on this dealership. After reading the reviews I’m more concerned than ever about my car purchase, especially Jill’s review about her car not starting at the airport after returning from a trip. I mentioned some reliability concerns with my salesperson, who assured me the Volvo would not leave me stranded but there it is in black and white."

"I went into the Northtown, Volvo dealership after purchasing new tires. I needed a wheel alignment. I did not have an appointment Corey took my vehicle in immediately and said it would be ready by noon. I called my son to pick me up, Two blocks up the road the dealership was calling me and saying my vehicle was completed and ready to be picked up. The price they quoted me was the price I paid the service was fast, friendly efficient you can’t take your automobile anywhere and get in and out lately. Service, there is outstanding Corey thank you! The wheel alignment is perfect."

"I can’t say enough about the experience I had at Northtown Volvo. My salesperson was Mohammed Sallaj, who I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new or used car, was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. The leasing process for my XC40 took a bit longer due to a personal issue, but he rolled with it. I hope to continue leasing from Northtown in the future."
