"I purchased a new 2024 Chevrolet Colorado Z71 after 2 weeks the steering wheel cover started coming off. New wheel was ordered under warranty. After waiting 4 weeks and being told there was “global outage” I stoped back to Basil and found out GM cancelled order. Nobody notified me, and Basil failed to follow up on the delay. Basil located new steering wheel and asked that I wait another 7-10 days on 11day I received a call from Basil telling me I had to wait another 2-3 weeks and it may be in then. I had contacted BBB Auto Line several days earlier for assistance. They contacted GM and the next day Basil called stating steering wheel came in and it was replaced. My issue with Basil was failure to follow up with me and GM to speed up process. I waited 8 weeks for steering wheel and I was only contacted if I reached out to them! Once car was purchased I received little or no help. Jordan collision shop manager was the most helpful in communicating status!"

"At was bought online and paid top dollar.Arrived to my house with many many issues and they refuse to fix. Radio and all speakers are dead, antenna doesn’t work, rear diff was leaking like crazy and has to be changed out, radiator was never serviced and was completely filled with black sludge along with overflow and completely ruste, headlights and fogs were full of water. Many other issues too and lied to. This should have never passed NYS inspection. Don’t buy a car here unless you check it out with a mechanic from head to toe. They are just typical salesman that sell cars “as is”."
