"Nice and tiny depot. Always seems to be a good spot to begin or end a trip. They have multiple parking lots for some short term parking, probably 1-7 days is reasonable. They have a restroom and a small waiting area. It’s never too packed. Have plenty of seats and snack machines. Also has very attentive and helpful employees. Decent place"

"Tiny, but efficient, full service station: baggage check/ storage, tickets, ATM, vending machines, clean, but small restrooms. Assistance for elders, handicap Public transportation does stop in front. Taxis available Beautiful Buffalo statue on lawn"

"It was our first time taking the train so I was a little nervous. I talked to the woman behind the counter and she was so friendly. She told us exactly where to go. We booked a roomette so we didn't go on the main train. When the train came she came outside to make sure we were at the right stop. The train station was clean. We took a Lyft but I feel like our car would have been safe for the week. The station is well lit. Bathroom was clean. A bunch of people train watching which was kind of neat."

"Great spot for Railfanning! Station is clean, with washrooms and local tourism information. Freight trains routinely passing through or shunting in the area. Daily AMTRAK schedule posted inside station. Did not interact with Staff who stayed inside Office. Plenty of accessible parking, and room to move around on the platform. Trains pass by quickly - be cautious and follow direction / signage - great sight lines east and west."
