Despite the parking lot looking very busy on a Friday morning, the work was done in about 90 minutes. They were able to patch the tire and fit in an inspection! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the waiting area was clean."

"Firestone is a great place, very fast and fair pricing. Many parts are warrantied after repair, so if you need that thing worked on later, you only pay labor. Handy if your car eats brakes or shocks. Good for large repairs or oil and windshield wipers. Tire prices are a tad high, but then again some decided that all tire prices should be a bit high. They do charge a modest fee to look at a car if they don't end up doing the repair. I'm not sure if this flat rate or a percent. The last time I had this happen, the car in question had more wrong than ok. It was worth the $20-30 to make the choice to scrap it and buy a new one. If you were thinking of buying a used car, that small fee would be peace of mind. They offer a Firestone card with x number of months at 0%. Watch the the fine print on these cards, as the minimum payment is never enough to pay the card off in that time. Like everything else, the details count."
