"Miles Effective installed a surveillance system at my house 8 months ago. They were knowledgeable about my existing system, know the best placement for the cameras and they cleaned up after installation. I really appreciate the speed of installation and the reasonable cost. They even recommended routine maintenance and upgrades. Since then I’ve had them back to install electrical switches and drop lighting. I’m completely overwhelmed with the beauty and value it added to my house. They are always on time and reasonably priced. I plan to use them again in the near future and I’ve recommended them to several of my friends and co workers."

"Very rude and unprofessional customer service. The Electrician has no customer service qualities and does not even answer the phone in a business manner....very sad. From what I have read in the other 2 comments posted is that service is cheap/affordable...well I guess you get what you pay for. There are some Electricians out there that does quality reasonable work however, and still treats their customers with appreciation and respect and not hang up on them. This guy would not even give me a quote over the phone. Very...very sad, Do Not trust this electrician with any electrical work in your home to say the least. If I could rate less than 1 star I most certainly would. Stay away from this hoodlum. And to the electrician....Learn how to treat your customers otherwise you will have none...if you even care brotha....Peace out hommie."
