"The female worker was nice but the male flat out ignored us. The food was rock hard and when I complained the only thing they would do is heat it up. Don’t waste your money."
"A friend and I placed two mobile orders. I went to pick them up on my lunch break. I went up to the counter and said I had two online orders for Jordan and Jessie. The woman said she needed my order confirmation and I told her I only had mine. I called my friend and asked her to send me a screenshot. She did. It wasn't good enough for the woman. She wanted a different screenshot that showed the name. Fun fact, email order confirmations don't show your name exactly. They only say thank you, first name. She was refusing to give me the food. I asked her if she could use the order # (keep in mind, she had the two bags that had our names on them right in front of her the whole time). She tried to use the order number, but here is another fun fact: the order number on the confirmation email doesn't match the order number on the little receipt that prints at Cinnabon. This is probably why the email confirmation says you don't need this number for pickip. I begged her to use common sense. Our order pickup date and time said 2/29 @1:29. It was 1:32 and I came up to her asking for them by name. I said you don't have any other mobile orders and I'm showing you my pickup date and time. She said she had one other one. I said well I don't want that one. I only want the two orders that we already paid for. She finally took a picture of me and my name on the receipt for when someone else comes to pickup this 5 dollar cinnamon roll she can call the police. She was awful."
"Received a $10 gift card that was purchased a day prior. Had not been used yet. Went to purchase a $4.59 item, and I swiped the card, employee told me to swipe it again, and it still didn’t work. I swipe it a third time, the employee says there’s only 82 cents on the card. I proceeded to explain that the two earlier swipes took $9.18 off of the gift card even though they claimed the first two transactions failed, and even after the explanation, both the owner and the other employee were in denial. I am now left with a gift card that has 82 cents, and did not receive my original requested item, or any compensation at all. The whole experience was a waste of my time and money."
"We went there on Sunday at 5:10pm. The mall is open until 6pm and the stated hours on google were until 6pm. The young kid was rude and gave us a stale display cookie bonbite instead of a fresh one. As soon as we sat down to eat, they turned off half of the lights leaving us to sit in the dark. They turned away customers behind us stating they were closed, losing business sales. I asked for a garbage can to dispose of our garbage and they pointed to a trash can that was far away in the center of the mall, instead of allowing us to use the trash can directly behind the employee. I didn’t feel valued as a customer and they don’t adhere to their posted hours of operation on google or the mall hours. They closed 45 minutes early and turned away business. I hope the new ownership makes drastic changes to customer service. I called corporate so they could relay my experience directly to the franchise owner."
"We were at Oakdale Commons recently and Cinnabon had recently reopened after their remodel. We bought the four-pack and we each had one later. We were both pretty disappointed, unfortunately. There was very little frosting on them, the three outer layers were very thin, dry, and tough, and the container of frosting they gave us was only about 1/3 to 1/2 full - nowhere near enough to add a smidge to four large rolls. So disappointed - nowhere near what we have enjoyed in the past! Maybe they had new staff or something because of being closed for remodel. We may try again in a few months. If they're no better, we're done."
