"I understand that the rental was not refundable, but we had car difficulties and could not get to our rental. They wouldn't even transfer the pet deposit to another place. Madalain said she'd help me, but when she finally called me back she had no answer and kept telling me to rent a jeep! She could not filter the properties to our specs at all and offered no solutions until I just gave up. The fees were higher than the rentals by far. There was no property manager available on a Friday morning to help us either. They are a greedy incompetent management company and I feel badly for the property owners."

"The best parts about this venue was its location and private beach, that is all. In a recent stay in the ALLS THAT house in Avon, NC we arrived at our agreed upon check in time of 4pm, only to find the cleaning crew still there. They did not leave until 5:30pm. Even after they left, this house was filthy. It was obvious the sheets had not been cleaned as we found hairs and makeup on the sheets. We bought some bleach and washed them ourselves, not to mention the group effort it took to actually clean the house on our second day. One evening I was woken up by my daughter because there was a huge cockroach in her room, but this was not the first time any of us had seen a cockroach in the house. We refused to sit on the bare couch, we put clean sheets over it to sit down because of how dirty it was. The pool/hot were not cleaned prior to our arrival either. The pictures of this house were clearly taken after a major renovation YEARS ago, resulting in what I would consider to be false advertising. What is worse, when ALL these concerns were brought forth in person to the office, the uncaring attitude of the staff was clear. They had heard all this before but the property manager offers them zero support to effectively run this property. Approximately $10,000 for the week, and we were sold on what the house used to be. Stay away from this company, a very poorly run property management company."

"We love visiting OBX for an early summer family vacation! Although the weather didn’t cooperate like last year, we still had a great week! We have booked through Brindley the last two years and recommend their services! Prompt responses to emails and a propane tank for the grill delivered timely for us to celebrate our little 4 year old grandson’s birthday with a cookout per his request."

"We have been coming to the Outer Banks for over 30 years and this house was one of the nicest we have stayed in. The views were outstanding and everything we needed was there and the home was very clean. The outside area was fantastic complete with a fire pit and huge hot tub and gorgeous pool . The only downside was that the owner does not offer the option to pay to heat the pool and the pool was so cold that we could not use it. A heated pool would make this the PERFECT house!"

"Just went to make full payment on our vacation home we liked and price was almost $500 more than the advertised price. There are hidden fees. In my opinion very dishonest and just plan dirty business by this company. Even the girl I spoke with from brindley beach said that a lot of people back out before making the first payment due to the shady business that goes on with this company. If you do decide to lease a home with this dishonest company, call and get the price over the phone before booking online or simply just walk away like I just did! So sad, it was a nice place but I personally won’t do any kind of business with this dishonest company or it’s hidden fees!!!!"
